This article was originally published in Vol. 1 of the Journal of Photonics for Energy on 4 February 2011 in the wrong section of the table of contents and with an incorrect citation identifier (CID) of 011014. The paper was removed from the online journal on 4 February 2011 and republished online with the correct CID of 017001 on 28 February 2011. This change was made in order for the paper to appear under the correct section heading, “Photovoltaic Materials, Devices, and Technologies.”
