Abstract
Strengthening the cost management of power transmission and transformation projects plays an important role in ensuring the income level and development capabilities of power grid companies. In view of the early stage cost management of power transmission and transformation projects, which has a high degree of impact on the economics of the project, this article combines the characteristics of the early stage cost management of power transmission and transformation projects, and based on the basic principles of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, constructs the early stage cost management evaluation system of the project. This evaluation system can scientifically evaluate and analyze the current state of project cost management in the early stage of the project, analyze the problems of project cost management in the early stage of the project, and improve the level of project cost management in the early stage of the project.
