Abstract
CNC lathe is a kind of high precision, high efficiency automatic machine tool, widely used in machining. It is composed of processing program carrier, NUMERICAL control device, servo and measurement feedback system, machine tool body and numerical control lathe auxiliary device, so its maintenance and fault diagnosis is also very complicated. In this paper, from the lathe can not return to the datum point, PLC and tool rest, analyze the possible causes of these faults, and put forward the solution, which has reference value to the personnel engaged in NC maintenance work.
