Abstract
There is a form to cross the river both with bridge and tunnel at same postition, which is the backbone of cross-regional traffic and provides higher traffic capacity. However, how to use reasonable control measures and balance the traffic flow distriubution of the bridge and tunnel is a significat problem. To address this issue, we proposes a bridge-tunnel linkage control system with holographic monitoring and perception, deep integration of multiple sources, collaborative management, efficient control, and intelligent decision-making by configuring intelligent sensing facilities and equipment based on the new generation of information such as cloud computing, Internet of Things, mobile Internet, and big data. The system fully realizes the coordinated management and control of people, vehicles, roads, and the environment, thereby improving operational safety and operational efficiency, and reducing operational energy consumption.
