Abstract
This paper builds on the academic background of learning to complete the production of solar cells and investigates the development of solar cells, their preparation processes, efficiency, and other aspects. This paper briefly introduces the development of solar cells, the preparation methods and conversion efficiency of solar cells in different eras and focuses on the future development of new materials to gradually improve the conversion rate of solar cells and find the limit of the conversion rate of solar cells.
