Abstract
In this study, for increasing absorption of the active layer in bulk heterojunction (BHJ) organic solar cells (OSCs), we used surface Plasmon effect. For showing the results, we investigated the proposed structure with Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) numerical method and achieved electromagnetic field characters. It is shown that the proposed structure enhance the absorption coefficient as well as bandwidth.
