Abstract
The cameras whose resolution ratio are limited by the image sensor can be resampled to achieve super-resolution by phase shifting sampling technique. We make a few small movements between the sensor and the image, get a set of data with different sampling phase. According to the linear relationship between the sensor response and the light illumination, super-resolution sampled data can be achieved. Experimental data show that the super-resolution sampled data is identical with the original data, the relative accuracy can be less than 0.0001.
