Abstract
To improve the efficiency of the submersible pump, a small diameter 25mm pump was developed. At the same time, a laboratory test platform was established to test the performance of the pump and verify the rationality and feasibility of the submersible pump design. The influence of the sinking rate and the liquid level ratio on the submersible pump performance is mainly discussed. The pumping test platform provides test guarantee for the research of efficient pumping equipment, shortens the research cycle and has important influence on field production and efficiency improvement.
