Abstract
The Three Gorges Ship Lock is an important facility of the Three Gorges Project, and its safety has become the top priority of the Three Gorges Project. With the continuous development of my country's economy and society, there is still a large gap between the current regulatory system for the passage of ships carrying dangerous goods and the requirements of intrinsic safety management. The hierarchical data model is adopted for a comparative analysis of the existing international conventions related to the carriage of dangerous goods, regulations and specifications for passing lockage of ships with dangerous goods. The shortcomings of existing regulations for the passage of dangerous goods ships are put forward to improve the transport normative system, and provide an effective reference for the management of dangerous cargo ships passing lockage.
