Abstract

As an important part of smart government, smart government interactive platform is a channel for the government to connect and communicate with public opinion. In this paper, based on the research data of wisdom government interactive platform in Henan Province, we use super efficiency DEA and Malmquist index to conduct efficiency analysis on it. The results show that the overall wisdom government interactive platform rises first and then falls, with obvious S-shaped fluctuations, and now shows a stable development. This paper provides suggestions for the government to improve the development of smart government platform from both management and technology aspects, in order to help improve the image of the government and promote the construction of smart city.
