Abstract
In recent years, global optimization methods based on gradient method have been studied. The applications of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm based on search technology in global optimization problems have attracted more and more attention According to the parameters and requirements of problem d in 2021 Chinese college students' mathematical modeling competition, this paper applies simulated annealing algorithm to solve the optimization problem The hybrid algorithm of simulated annealing algorithm and BFGS algorithm is used to solve the nonlinear optimization problem On the basis of solving the nonlinear optimization problem, K-means algorithm is applied to solve the combinatorial optimization problem of linear programming problem; In the process of billet cutting, aiming at the three cases given in question D, the goal of meeting customer requirements and minimizing cutting loss is achieved.
