Abstract
With the rapid development of modern industry, enterprises have an increasing demand for data monitoring and automated control of multiple production outlets and production lines. This paper first analyses the structure of the production line, completes the control system model design, establishes the network framework of the system, designs the human-machine interaction interface, gives the SFC flow chart of the workstations and the communication scheme of the PLC between each station, and finally realises the real-time interaction of the monitoring data in the industrial cloud platform. The research contributes new ideas to related research in this field.
