Abstract
Although the electronic level of treasury centralized payment management has made great progress, there is still great room for progress in data security, information sharing, tamper proof, traceability and so on. This paper fully considers the technical characteristics of blockchain and proposes a treasury centralized payment system based on Hyperledger Fabric. All participants, such as the financial department, the budget units, the budget departments, the agent banks, the clearing banks and the regulators, join the system as nodes of blockchain. Several channels are designed according with the business of treasury centralized payment to realize the goal of data supervision and data privacy. The system is expected to promote the management level of treasury centralized payment.
