Abstract
Compared with the overhaul of equipment in other industries, the overhaul of chemical equipment has the characteristics of frequent, complex, and highly technical. The overhaul of chemical equipment is complex, highly technical, and risky. To ensure the smooth progress of overhaul operations, it is necessary to make full preparations before overhaul. Carrying out a series of safety treatments on chemical equipment before overhaul is the key to ensure the smooth progress of overhaul operations. The main safety treatment before the overhaul of chemical equipment can be divided into: safety treatment after parking and safety treatment after parking. Only by carrying out a series of safety treatments on chemical equipment before overhauling, eliminating various possible dangers and hidden dangers, the overhaul operation can be carried out smoothly. In this way, the safe and stable operation of chemical equipment can be ensured, thereby creating good conditions for safe production.
