Abstract

Encountering with new social environment and data technology, the Police Commanding & Allocating System need grasp the opportunity to utilize infinite cyber data resource and integrate data technology with modern police activities. Urgent command delivered by Control Centre usually makes policemen on duty feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Correct prediction of 110 Amount Alert can help policemen on duty form reasonable psychological expectation and make enough preparation in advance. As is known, weather of a day in the near future is easily and correctly predicted. If correlation of 110 Alert Amount and weather factors is found, we can roughly predict 110 Alert Amount in the future one or two days based on weather forecast.
