Abstract
In the process of formulating the standard for the determination of multi-element content in gold alloy jewelry by LA-ICP-MS, in order to conduct independent research on its precision requirements and facilitate the laboratory to carry out daily analysis, 20 elements at 4-6 levels in gold adornment alloys were repeatedly tested in 6 laboratories using different types of instruments. The precision requirements for the determination of multi-element content in gold adornment alloys by LA-ICP-MS were obtained after data statistics. The results showed that under repeatability / reproducibility conditions, the difference between the two independent test results obtained in the 95% confidence interval didn’t exceed the repeatability limit and reproducibility limit in the corresponding concentration range.
