Abstract
In view of the characteristics of mountain torrent, such as sudden, frequent, destructive, and difficult prevention and control, an advanced method of grid accurate early warning based on refined rainfall forecast data and measured rainfall data, multi rainfall forecast product optimization, combined with the survey and evaluation results of mountain torrents, can accurately predict the risk of mountain torrents 1 to 3 hours in advance, and effectively improve the timeliness and accuracy of mountain torrents early warning.
