Abstract
This paper discusses how to study the current situation of ship fault prediction and maintenance support through performance-based support, primary and secondary contractor support, localization support center, and military civilian integration under the mode of war zone of operations and military arms construction after the military reform, put forward the warship equipment failure prediction and health management mode under the background of military-civilian integration. This model not only enables the original military maintenance and support units to continue to play their original role in the new military struggle, can also actively introduce local qualified external forces into the equipment support, it can also encourage contractors to take guaranteed performance as a primary consideration, effectively promote the comprehensive performance of ship equipment, So as to enhance the combat effectiveness of the service.
