Abstract
To solve the problem of backward warehouse management, low operation efficiency and incomplete information management, this paper introduces passive RFID technology, designs the Passive RFID Technology Warehouse Management System (PRWMS). The system includes four layers of architecture, integrating the information resources of perception, access, platform and application, which can effectively improve management segmentation. This paper also studies the characteristics of passive RFID technology in factory warehouse scene, and explores the application of PRWMS in key businesses such as asset management, stock-taking, inbound and outbound management, providing a new idea for smart warehouse management. The experiment results show that the system can improve the accuracy and efficiency of factory inventory operations, and help to realize scenarios such as automated asset taking and unmanned inbound and outbound management.
