Abstract
In order to formulate reasonable port dispatching plan, integrated continuous berth allocation and quay crane scheduling is studied in this article, considering the constraints such as the arrival and departure time of large ships under the influence of tides, a mathematical model is established, which is solved by using two-layer integer coding and Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm (PSO). According to the relationship and constraints of the parameters, a mixed integer programming model is proposed to minimize the ship's time in port. Finally, the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by numerical examples of different scales, and the feasibility and superiority of PSO are verified by comparing the results obtained by PSO and Gurobi. It can provide reference for container port operation.
