Abstract
Lightweight design is an important means to improve the mobility of vehicle-based radar, which runs through the whole process of vehicle-based radar structure design. This paper discusses the lightweight methods involved in the structural design of typical small array vehicle-based radar. Taking a high mobility vehicle-based radar as the specific design object, the integrated design, new light materials, finite element simulation optimization and other measures are used to realize the lightweight design of the radar system. The mobility of radar is improved and meets the design index requirements.
