Abstract
Agricultural machinery and equipment is an important basis for the vigorous development of China's modern agricultural economy, but also to deepen the important driving force of agricultural technology reform. In the rapid development of science and technology and national policy support, China's agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprise development by leaps and bounds, but there are still some problems. In order to solve the problems in the production process of agricultural machinery, a production process optimization model based on the extension theory is constructed. Take the core products of agricultural machinery manufacturing workshop as an example, the 'bottleneck' problems such as unbalanced production line, accumulation of work-in-process, idle resources and long die change time are found by using Flexsim simulation technology. The problem is determined quantitatively by using the extension primitive theory to establish the compatibility correlation function, and the expanded analysis is used to establish the relevant network and find the solution. And combined with extension transformation analysis and lean production theory to improve, generate a variety of optimization strategies, according to the actual needs of enterprises to filter the optimal solution. The final simulation verifies the feasibility of the solution. After the optimization, the balance rate of the production line is greatly improved, the number of work-in-process is significantly reduced, and the personnel and equipment are efficiently utilized.
