Abstract
Aiming at the problem of safe and stable operation of the new energy site test vehicle, a new energy site test vehicle motor battery data acquisition and monitoring system based on CAN is designed. After the system is powered on, CAN bus is used to collect the running data of the motor and battery in real time, and the sliding average method is used to preprocess the data. In addition, the data is sent to the OneNET cloud platform and mobile APP through WiFi for data visualization. The experiment proves that the system can realize real-time collection and monitoring of the motor battery running data of the field test vehicle, achieve the purpose of equipment safety and stability, man-machine cooperation, and provide an important basis for the test vehicle power system optimization and matching.
