Abstract
The operation optimization of LNG supply chain is increasingly crucial. This paper investigates the operation optimization of LNG supply chain. The minimum total cost of the new LNG supply chain is set as the objective function. Under the constraints of station construction, route selection, equipment purchase, node flow balance, and service radius, a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model is established. Finally, it can determine the liquefaction scheme of gas source, intermediate node construction scheme, reserve storage scheme, transportation scheme, purchase scheme of different equipment, etc. A practical case is used to illustrate the reliability of the model. The results show the proposed model can provide an admission of LNG production, transportation, and marketing business for natural gas-related enterprises, and also can help the government to coordinate resources.
