Abstract
In order to solve the problems of nonlinear time-varying and large instantaneous impact disturbance of hydraulic valve servo system, the application of fuzzy control theory in hydraulic valve control system is studied. According to the working principle of hydraulic valve servo system and the basic principle of fuzzy PID control, the MATLAB model of hydraulic valve servo system is established, and the application of fuzzy PID control technology in hydraulic valve system is researched. The simulation results show that fuzzy control theory can effectively reduce the overshoot of the system and increase the ability of the system to anti disturbance. Compared with the classic PID control algorithm, it is more in line with the practical application needs of high-precision positioning of hydraulic valves.
