Abstract

In order to solve the problem of on-line detection of the secondary use of the box packing machine in the sealing section, the smart code scanner is used to scan the barcode or two-dimensional code of the box with its own brand logo, based on "unlimited frame decoding" and "hot The "map positioning algorithm" technology is triggered by the origin phase signal of the YP11 cartoning machine, and an audible and visual alarm is added to remind the operator to check whether the carton is used correctly. By modifying the man-machine interface, when switching brands, you can directly use the luggage change button designed by the man-machine interface to quickly change the brand settings. The test was conducted on the company's 2# cartoning machine as the research object. The results showed that: after the improvement, the detection rate of the mixed use of secondary cases was 100%, realizing real-time monitoring of the case cases of multi-specification secondary utilization, which can be applied to All kinds of materials, barcodes, and two-dimensional code position of the leather products, realize maintenance-free and adjustment-free. This technology provides a total support for the quality control used in cases.
