Abstract

The expert set theory plays a significant role in decision-making. Since it contains the viewpoints of various specialists, it can effectively transmit the views of all of them. In this study, the idea of the expert matrices of GFSES is presented first, then follows the definition of operation approaches and characteristics as the complement, addition, and subtraction operations of these expert matrices. The study also demonstrates how it may be used to solve decision-making issues.
