Abstract
A reservoir scheduling optimization algorithm is formed by improving the particle swarm algorithm to solve the problem of slow speed of intelligent algorithm in reservoir optimization, which makes the particle swarm algorithm obtain the optimal solution of the scheduling process faster and more accurately in reservoir optimization and scheduling. The improved particle swarm algorithm uses the fast convergence feature to obtain the preliminary solution of the scheduling process. According to the month-by-month water supply plan of the South-North Water Transfer Central Line and the layout map of important water conservancy projects in Jiangsu, each water node is divided and the corresponding node diagram is drawn. Combining the engineering and construction of each controlling reservoir in Jiangsu Province, an optimized reservoir scheduling model for the current and planned years of the South-North Water Transfer Central Line is established. The results show that the improved particle swarm algorithm has some application space in reservoir optimization and scheduling
