Abstract
In this paper, firstly, the luff cylinder speed of QL2000 boom bucket wheel reclaimer is calculated in detail by the method of drawing and analysis. Secondly, in order to improve The convenience of processing, the upper metal structure is improved and checked. Finally, in order to improve the stability of the equipment operation, the idler bracket was improved. Practice has proved that these improvements reduce the cost of design and manufacture, improve the reliability of equipment operation, and provide reliable reference experience for the design and manufacture of similar equipment.
