Abstract
Based on UWB signal measurements and depth learning models, research on single base station moving target precise positioning algorithms has been carried out to address the need for precise positioning of moving targets in complex environments such as non visual range, electromagnetic interference, dust, humidity, and water in coal mines. The calculation model of signal transmission time based on bilateral two-way interaction model is analyzed, and the calculation method of signal distance term parameter vector and signal angle term parameter vector is constructed. The information vector of UWB signal is formed by combining distance term parameter vector and angle term parameter vector; A tag position coordinate calculation model based on depth learning model is constructed, and combined with geometric relationship calculation, the two-dimensional coordinate calculation of mine moving targets is completed. Experimental analysis shows that the proposed positioning algorithm has a minimum root mean square error of 9.22 cm and a maximum root mean square error of 18.87 cm in positioning coordinates, which has a good positioning effect and provides a new idea for accurate positioning of mine moving targets.
