Abstract
Light pollution is becoming a problem of international importance in recent years. This study presents a comprehensive analysis of light pollution using clustering, entropy weight method, TOPSIS, and correlation analysis. We establish a clustering model to categorize cities based on photo radiation and PM2.5 levels. The entropy weight method determines indicator weights, and TOPSIS evaluates light pollution based on weighted indicators. Correlation analysis reveals relationships between light pollution and factors like electricity consumption, GDP, population, crime rate, energy, and species number. Policy outcomes are forecasted, showing reduced light pollution levels after implementation. This study contributes to understanding light pollution's impact and informs policy decisions.
