Abstract
With the explosive growth of mechanical equipment, the reasonable mechanical topology structure can enhance the productive effectiveness and time cost. Mechanical structure topology optimization obtains mechanical parts with excellent performance by designing the optimal equipment material arrangement, which has great significance and utilization value in the stage of engineering design. However, existing optimization methods are primarily concentrated on simple mechanical component optimizations, which cannot dispose of the machines with complex equipment and integrated structures including large machinery. In this work, we utilize topology structure optimization theory through defining the optimization area, target functions and constrict conditions to investigate the optimization structures with extraordinary iteration procedures. Subsequently, we can obtain the optimized mechanical structure through the finite elements analysis. From our extensive simulation results, we can conclude that our proposed optimization method can reduce the redundant mechanical structures and not affect the performance of these mechanical equipment with reasonable computation responses.
