At present, intelligent medical serves have become an essential component in serving system. With in the evolving landscape of healthcare logistics, where the integration of sophisticated technology is paramount to enhancing operational efficiency and patient care. This design is based on STM32 microcontroller as the core, using OpenMV camera to identify the delivery route and digital ward number, using HX711 pressure sensor to detect whether drugs are placed on the car, using the deceleration motor to drive the car, will carry drugs on the car to the designated pharmacy intelligent drug delivery car. When two vehicles work together, 2.4g communication module is needed to communicate with each other and transmit key location information. In the design, the OpenMV camera is used as the identification module to complete the function of line patrol and number recognition through the method of color block search and template matching. HX711 pressure sensor is used to measure the weight of placed drugs, so as to judge whether the car is loaded with drugs. Reduction motor is used to drive the trolley, and the attitude of the trolley is controlled by speed closed-loop, and the drug delivery is completed within the specified time. When the two vehicles carry out collaborative drug delivery, the 2.4g communication module is used for the interaction between the two vehicles to complete the functions of the two vehicles avoiding collision and the designated pharmacy delivery.
