Abstract
With the rapid proliferation of electric vehicles in China, the issue of charging these vehicles has become increasingly prominent. There is a clear shortage of public charging facilities, leading to long waiting times and difficulty in locating available charging stations. Additionally, privately charging electric vehicles through power lines from high-rise buildings in the neighborhood poses serious safety risks to public life and property. This paper delves into the primary challenges facing China's electric vehicle charging industry, possible solutions, as well as optimization measures for the construction costs, locations, and capacities of charging stations and the number of charging piles within each station.
