Abstract
Hydraulic system is the key system of large civil aircraft, hydraulic tubing is responsible for the distribution of hydraulic energy to the flight control and landing gear systems, once the tubing failure will directly lead to the loss of function of related systems, resulting in flight accidents. In order to ensure the safety of hydraulic tubing, the airworthiness agency has issued relevant airworthiness regulations. In order to make hydraulic tubing meet these airworthiness regulations, a series of hydraulic tubing design and analysis techniques have been developed. The strength analysis of aircraft hydraulic tubing is one of the most effective technical means. In the process of stress analysis, it is necessary to consider the effects of temperature, body deformation, oil pressure, vibration, acceleration load and their mutual coupling and superposition. In this paper, considering the coupling and superposition of various loads, the strength analysis of hydraulic tubing is carried out from the aspects of limiting load, limiting load, low cycle fatigue load, high cycle fatigue load and vibration load, etc., and a set of simple, sufficient and effective analysis methods is formed.
