Abstract
Improving the accuracy of representative driving conditions has important research value for the development and certification of new energy vehicle technology, pollutant control and energy consumption prediction. Taking Beijing as an example, the driving data of 20 pure electric vehicles for six months were collected, and the driving condition test data collected on typical roads were divided in detail to obtain a large number of short trip segment. UMAP and fuzzy mean clustering were used to determine vehicle driving conditions, and suitable segments were selected by the method of minimum deviation to construct the driving conditions of electric vehicles in Beijing. The comparison of V-A distribution shows that the proposed model has high accuracy, and some characteristics of Beijing passenger car driving conditions are revealed: low average speed, high idle speed and low constant speed. These findings provide technical support for understanding and optimizing the actual driving conditions of urban electric vehicles.
