Abstract
With the rapid development of commercial network and the continuous change of consumer demand, the sorting center as a key node in the e-commerce logistics network, the improvement of its management efficiency is particularly important, and the selection of the sorting center cargo volume prediction model is an important part of the management efficiency improvement. This paper proposes a logistics network sorting center volume prediction optimization method, establishes three kinds of volume prediction models based on ARIMA, BiLSTM and BPNN, and establishes a prediction model quantitative index system for comparison and evaluation of prediction models. Through modelling and simulation analysis, the BiLSTM model is selected to achieve the best prediction effect, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the actual logistics cargo volume cases.
