Generator and amplifier regimes of autoresonant peniomagnetrons at higher harmonics of cyclotron frequency (n=5-10) are described. The possibility of increasing of electron efficiency of generator by the elimination of excitation on backward wave is shown. The length of interaction space of amplifier, which provides the stability of amplification regime in mm wave range, is determined.
