Abstract
The transducer, based on the hot electrons termo e.m.f. insemiconductors, for CW and pulse microwave field or power indication andmeasurement is presented. This transducer have sensitivity 4004-600 mV/Win 4+8 mm wave length range and can be used up to CW power about 10 W.
