1 March 2001 Relaxation oscillation with Tm:YLF laser using a double cavity in the single-longitudinal-mode oscillation

The behavior of the temporal output profile for a double cavity Tm:YLF laser was investigated experimentally. In single-mode- longitudinal operation, the behavior of the periodic oscillation is found to be in good agreement with the theoretical analysis of the relaxation oscillation.
