The possibilities of optical capillaroscopy to determine microcirculatory disorders are considered. Methods for evaluating microcirculation by measuring the size of a pillar and its departments, as well as the speed of capillary blood flow, which may indicate a state of microcirculation in general are proposed. The physical model of the capillary is considered, as well as the classification of the stages of microcirculation disturbance, which is used to form a medical conclusion about the severity of hemodynamic disorders. Also, for the system of computer capillaroscopy, methods for calibrating and segmenting images of microvessels are proposed.
The purpose of this study is to formalize the stages of diagnostic and therapeutic measures in the design of computer decision support systems in medicine. Functional, structural and mathematical models of diagnostic and treatment measures are developed with the aim of increasing the efficiency of medical services and minimizing the risks of medical errors. Analysis of diagnosed states in the space of medical actions allowed developing a method of hierarchical clustering of diagnoses in the space of medical actions and substantiating the threshold values of permissible uncertainties in the diagnostic decision rule.
Nowadays research of psychomotor actions has taken a special place in education, sports, medicine, psychology etc. Development of computer system for psychomotor testing could help solve many operational problems in psychoneurology and psychophysiology and also determine the individual characteristics of fine motor skills. This is particularly relevant issue when it comes to children, students, athletes for definition of personal and professional features. The article presents the dynamics of a developing psychomotor skills and application in the training process of means. The results of testing indicated their significant impact on psychomotor skills development.
The informational model of sportsman’s competitive activities, developed by authors, which allows estimating the degree of sportsman’s training and preparedness for competitions and achievement of high results is considered in the article. The algorithm of model functioning and evaluating the level of sportsman training are suggested.
