Profile Summary

Optical engineer with 35 years of experience in the design, and fabrication of optical systems. Previous accomplishments: Optical engineer for the Laboratory for Laser Energetics at the University of Rochester for 10 years where I was the main optical designer for the building of the 60 beam, 50 KJ, 16 TW, OMEGA Laser. Founder and lead optical engineer at ASE Optics (later changed to ASE Sailing). For 25 years I have provided optical design services for 200+ different organizations. Recent count of designs that have been built is 250+. I have been granted 15 patents and have 3 pending. I am currently available to provide optical engineering and lens design services.
