Optical Engineering Specialist:
•General and advanced electro optics and optical systems research analysis and design services for a variety of EKB clients
•Specialized custom design of multi-level diffractive optical elements and laser based optical systems for implementation in existing equipment or R&D projects.
•Optical engine system design utilizing spatial light modulators (MEMS. LCOS, LCD).
•Utilization of Laser, VCSEL (including VCSEL array), and DPSS (crystal pumping) in special applications for illumination.
•Architecture design for structured light applications.
•DLP® light engine design for a variety of new emerging fields including unique Heads Up display application, 3D DLP® printers, and advanced structured light systems.
•Speckles attenuation implementation techniques using EKB’s unique knowledge base, and general research of new speckle reduction approaches utilizing a combination of DLP® and DOE technologies.
•Joint collaborations with internationally accredited academic institutions including Israel on light sources research projects and micro/nano scale multi-level structured fabrication techniques.
• Horizon 2020 Research program with the European Union
•Joint research and development with international institutions including Israel on special DLP® utilization in new emerging fields including wearable systems with HUD.
