Abstract
With the widespread popularity of renewable energy and flexible load in the power system, the uncertainty of source and load brings challenges to the safety and economy of the power system. This paper proposes an optimal scheduling method based on flexible load demand response (DR) for smart parks, including renewable energy power generation systems and flexible loads. And a more advantageous algorithm, improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO), is presented to calculate such a model. Finally, the case study shows that the method can obtain greater benefits on the basis of ensuring security and IPSO with improvement in solution speed and accuracy.
