A rodless cylinder motion actuator aimed at requirement of small space taken and high reliability motion of a certain project was designed. The design process of scheme, selection of core components, mechanical structure and control circuit were described in detail. A prototype actuator was built and motion tests were carried out. The test result shows that the actuator is stable and reliable, and the motion index meets the design requirements.

Power management is important for a mobile system relying on battery power, to achieve the efficient use of the power supply modules and intelligent monitoring. In this paper, some efficient LDO and switching powers are selected and high- performance STM32H743 chip are used to perform different power-on sequences. In addition, the relevant power supply parameters are monitored and controlled by using relays, voltage and current sensors. The test results show that the system has the characteristics of low heat dissipation, low power consumption, high security, long battery life and high reliability. This system effectively solves the backward comprehensive performance index and weak universality of the traditional power supply combination.
The ocean is complex, the development of mature and stable underwater detection technology is significant for the study of the ocean. At present, acoustic and electromagnetic detection technology has been widely used, but it is vulnerable to environmental constraints and external interference factors. With the discovery of blue-green transparent window, laser can be used as one of underwater detection methods because of its high collimation and strong anti-interference ability. Based on water quality and echo power model, the hardware design of laser principle prototype is completed and its performance is verified. The experimental results show that it can realize the positioning function of underwater static target, run stably and obtain the expected effect.
